But how does that show throughout AAE? Well, for example, we ensure that we invoice our delivered machines and modules as quickly and accurately as possible so our customers can pay their invoice on time. And, in return, we make sure that we pay our purchase invoices on time. This makes AAE a reliable partner to our many suppliers.

And all of this adds up to our Financial Department's ability to make a crucial contribution to AAE's mission statement: To move the world happily forward by providing ground breaking technology solutions.

Continuous improvement

Within our department continuous improvement of people and processes plays a key role! By doing so we can handle the incoming and outgoing flow of invoices as efficiently as possible. In addition, together we ensure that the key financial KPI's always provide crucial and reliable information and resources to all of our colleagues within AAE. That's how we stay connected to the rest of AAE and its many departments. 

As a Business Controller within the team, you are part of our 'business teams'. This means you know exactly what's going on within our company. With this knowledge you can pinpoint different challenges, issues and points of improvement when it comes to business and/or legal challenges. Or, in short: you are all over the place in the best way possible. Throughout, for example, our Sales-, Operations-, Planning- and Procurement departments.

We guarantee that our ERP system provides reliable information to make the correct forecasts. We won't allow ourselves to be surprised. In contradiction: we act proactively and are always guided by our reliable forecast. 

One thing is for sure: Within our Financial Department, looking ahead is the way to go above and beyond!
